Air Terminal Hotel

Breakfast started very early, so we could have a bite before we check in for our flight at 630am. Great variety available as well. Location is unbeatable as it is just next to domestic check in counters Room is exceptionally big and we get view of the runway from the room. Quiet at night after the planes stop taking off and landing. Right in the middle of airport near the shopping and food outlets There is so much to do with kids in New Chitose Airport to keep them entertained for getting out of the city a day ahead of flight.

This Hotel is exceptional for it's convenience and attention to customer comfort and the needs of weary travellers. The rooms are comfortable both in terms of facilities offered and courtesies offered. They are generous in size, exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and room temperature that can be regulated. The staff communicate extremely well in English - are courteous, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast is included in the price of the room which is a wonderful bonus for those who have likely arrived in the country overnight and for whom this offers a great start to the day. Breakfast is thoughtful with wonderful variety to suit all tastes. We have stayed here very happily over many years and will continue to do so.

This hotel is right in the airport and is extremely convenient. Our children arrived from Tokyo at 10pm and it was so easy to meet them and walk a short distance within the airport to the front desk. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent! We parked in carpark B which is just over a foot bridge (escalators) from the hotel and terminal so it was easy to transfer our luggage in the morning. Highly recommended!

Buffet Breakfast had many options. Was very good. Really enjoyed the many Japanese food dishes. Liked the card system to indicate that the table was occupied or if the guest are done and have left the restaurant. This gives the guest the confidence to get the food without worrying that the table will be taken by someone else. As we stayed in the airport, we could explore the airport complex before we left to go to the our next destination. Really am amazed to see the Royce Chocolate World in the airport.

This hotel is located right in the Domestic terminal within 5 minutes walk to all the airlines. While it is close, it is relatively hard to find with only 2 signs pointing to where the lift to reception is at. The room was definitely really nice and you get to view the planes from your spacious room.
